NADE Corporate Membership information

NADE is a professional organization comprised of persons with an interest in the Social Security disability program. Through active participation of all components of our organization we are able to pursue the common goals of our membership.

NADE also has a three-tiered corporate membership structure -- Gold Level - $500, Silver Level - $350, and Corporate Level - $200 and are described as follows:

Gold level receives:

· Two (2) non-voting memberships in NADE

· Four (4) copies of the “NADE Advocate”

· One (1) recognition plaque

· One (1) business card size ad in the “NADE Advocate”

· Free exhibit space at the NADE National Conference

· Priority for supporting events or activities at the NADE

National Conference

Silver level receives:

· Two (2) non-voting memberships

· Three (3) copies of the bi-monthly publication the “NADE

Advocate”

· One (1) recognition plaque

· One-quarter page write-up on one issues of the “NADE

Advocate”

· One (1) business card size ad in the “NADE Advocate”

· Reduced rate for exhibit space a the NADE National

Conference

Corporate level receives:

· One (1) non-voting members in NADE

· Two (2) copies of the “NADE Advocate”

· One (1) recognition plaque
