Dear Chuck;

Pursuant to your request to the NADE Board on March 15 for comments on the RIC’s proposal to suspend or delay the EDL, SI and Teaming implementation and proceed with the ADCM project, the NADE Board makes the following suggestions:

1) Delay or suspend any further action on EDLs, SI and Teaming to avoid spending scarce resources on projects that may not come to fruition.

2) Accelerate action by the Accelerated Disability Claims Manager Work Group so that a viable action plan is available for review ASAP.

3) Allow sufficient time subsequent to release of the ADCM work group report for review and preparation of responses and comments.

Thank you again for taking time from your busy schedule to meet with the NADE Board. As always your comments were concise and to the point. For reengineering to work, this type of dialogue is imperative. I am glad you will be able to attend all our regional conferences and the National Conference in Chicago in October.
