Dear Dr. Chater:

I just recently finished reading the report of the Childhood Disability Commission. On page 51 of the report, the Commission recommended the SSA establish a federal Advisory Committee on Public-Private partnerships. Should SSA establish this committee, NADE requests a seat. Since disability examiners have expertise in the evaluation of children’s disabilities, they are in a unique position to provide assistance on the committee. Your consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
