Candidates
Penny Primm
Chair of the Council of Chapter Presidents.
At this time, I would like to announce to the NADE Council of Chapter Presidents my candidacy for CCP Chair.
As a NADE member since 1971, I have had the privilege of serving on many different levels in several different capacities including 3 years as NADE Secretary, ending in 1994.
Although circumstances prevented my attendance at the recent national conferences, I have remained active at all levels of our association. Presently, I am once again President-elect of the Louisiana-Shreveport chapter.
Through out my years with DDS, NADE has been instrumental in providing educational opportunities. By taking advantage of this, I have been able to develop professional skills that have contributed to my success with DDS. Not only have I gained program and medical knowledge but also through my association with NADE, I have acquired leadership skills. These skills have directly contributed to the advancement of my position as Assistant Area Office Manager at the Shreveport DDS.
Now, I feel it is time for me to contribute my efforts towards helping others develop the skills they will need to become the future leaders of our national association.
If elected as CCP Chair, I will work with the leaders of each chapter. My belief is that by utilizing effective communication and teamwork, each chapter can be and should be equally represented within NADE. I look forward to serving NADE in this capacity and would appreciate your vote.
