COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS
U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
WASHINGTON, DC 20515 —— SUBCOMMITTEE ON HUMAN RESOURCES
December 20, 1999
Ms. Terri Spurgeon, President Ms. Martha Marshall, Legislative Committee Chair National Association of Disability Examiners 15692 Blackwater Road Zachary, LA 70791
Dear Ms. Spurgeon and Ms. Marshall:
Thanks for your very informative letter of November 15. We will include the statement you submitted in the permanent record of our hearing. I am also going to send both a copy of your letter and the statement for the hearing record to the Social Security Administration. There is a good chance that our Subcommittee, perhaps in conjunction with the Social Security Subcommittee, will look into the Social Security Administration’s case management reforms again next year. If so, we would certainly welcome testimony from NADE.
Thanks again for your letter and testimony.
Cordially,
Ron Haskins Staff Director
