Kick off the 2001 Membership Drive!

IT’S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT the New Year is here! As we move into 2001, every chapter should begin planning their chapter recruitment and renewal activities. As of December 2000, our membership was 1887. Let’s keep in mind that membership recruitment and retention plays a major role in NADE’s success.

Therefore, January begins our annual membership drive. I’m asking each member to recruit ONE NEW MEMBER into NADE. This will not only increase our membership, but also strengthen our ability to pursue further development of the professionalism of disability evaluation. With increased membership, NADE’s voice will be stronger and louder!

Remember, any chapter may obtain a membership grant of up to $50.00 To receive a grant for your chapter, simply contact me at (601) 853-5487 or email to LMWisteria@aol.com

While we can provide support and financial incentives at the National level, the most effective membership recruitment takes place at the local and personal level. If you or your chapter have recruitment/retention suggestions of “best practices,” please share them with me or with your regional Membership Committee member:
