NADE extends congratulations to Carroll Moore on his retirement from the Tennessee DDS.

Carroll has served 39+ years with the Tennessee DDS, the last 6 years as the State Agency Director. His retirement became official on December 31, 2000. A reception for Carroll was held on December 18 at the Citizens Plaza Building. More details and photos later.
